AOC is more than ever dependent on the support of the Armenian community to fund programs and events including the Armenian School, Genocide Commemoration, annual picnic and various cultural events. Corporate Matching gift programs are great way to help the non-profit organization of your choice. If the company you work for participates in this program, you will be able to double your donation to AOC through the company’s matching gift program at no additional cost to you. Matching donations, or matching gifts, are free money so we encourage you to contact the human resource department of your employing company and follow their instruction to participate in the program. Once logged into your account, search for Armenians of Colorado, Inc. either by name or HR203. ** When you enroll your card, all linked King Soopers Loyalty Cards within your household will begin earning funds for AOC.
AOC is often chosen by our community members as the beneficiary for the memorial gift of their loved ones. You can request from friends and family to make a donation to Armenians of Colorado in lieu of flowers.
You can also participate in Volunteer grant programs , which are corporate giving programs that encourage employees to volunteer their time and efforts in their communities. Through the volunteer grant programs, companies donate to nonprofits based on the amount of hours their employees volunteer there.
