Karina Welton

Hi, I’m Karine Welton, but most people know me as Karina (short, sweet, and easy to remember 😉). I was born and raised in Sochi, Russia, and in 1999 I made the big move to the U.S.—and I’ve loved every single bit of it ever since!

With 25+ years in the sales industry, I now run my own real estate business, where my favorite thing in the world is helping people find their dream home (or sell one to move on to something even better).

Family is everything to me—I’m happily married, a proud mom to two amazing daughters, Alina and Amelia, and a dog mom to two golden retrievers who keep life entertaining.

I’m also proud to be Armenian and blessed to serve as a board member of Armenians of Colorado, giving back to the community that means so much to me.
